When does this notice apply, what is the purpose of the processing, what types of personal data do we collect, what are the legal grounds and the retention time for the processing?

This Privacy Notice applies when we collect, use and otherwise process your personal data in relation to your use of this contact form or otherwise if you contact us through the webpage. The data we process is collected directly from you when you use any of these functionalities of our webpage.

The legal grounds for us processing and collecting this data is Article 6(1)(a)) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) i.e. your consent. Your personal data is stored until we no longer use it or until you use your right to erasure (see below).

We do not share the data outside of our company, apart from when we use processors to process the data (such as the website provider).

Right to lodge a complaint: If your case is not resolved by us and you wish to proceed with the case, you may lodge a complaint with the National Commission For Data Protection 15, Boulevard Du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg if you consider that our processing of personal data about you, infringes the GDPR.
