This small chest of drawers represents Art Deco in its finest form. It was probably made in the 1920s or 30s in France or Belgium. Beautiful construction in solid wood with a lacquered finish and dovetail joints. All the details are original, including the knobs and the feet. The drawers are about 7 cm in depth, perfect for storing paper, keys etc.
The state of this piece of furniture is very good, considering the age. There are some marks (please see photos), but the overall condition is great – it is stable, the drawers run smoothly and the construction and the finish are neat.
